What is SayWall?
SayWall is a testimonial collection and display platform. It gives you a dedicated place to collect reviews and testimonials from your customers, import reviews from platforms like Google and Trustpilot, and display them on your website using embeddable widgets.
The idea is simple: your happiest customers are your best marketing asset. SayWall makes it easy to capture that proof and put it to work.
How SayWall Works
SayWall is built around three core workflows:
1. Collect — Share a collection form link with your customers via email, link, or embed. Customers fill out a short form with a written or video testimonial. You review and approve them before they go live.
2. Import — Connect your Google Business Profile or Trustpilot listing and SayWall automatically pulls in your existing reviews. No copy-pasting required.
3. Display — Once you have approved testimonials, create a widget and embed it on your website with two lines of code. Widgets update automatically as new testimonials are approved.
Key Features
Testimonial Widgets
Embed a testimonial carousel, grid, or showcase directly on any page. Widgets use Shadow DOM isolation — your page styles can't break the widget, and the widget can't affect your page layout.
Collection Forms
Create a branded form and share the link anywhere — email campaigns, follow-up sequences, social media, or embedded directly on your site. Forms support text and video responses.
Review Imports
Connect Google Business or Trustpilot once and SayWall syncs new reviews automatically on a schedule. Imported reviews sit alongside your manually collected testimonials and can be used in any widget.
Public Review Page
Every project gets a public review page at saywall.io/reviews/your-slug. Share it as a standalone social proof page, link to it from emails, or use it as a landing page for review collection.
Testimonial Management
Approve, tag, and filter your testimonials from a central dashboard. Assign tags to organize by product, campaign, use case, or customer segment — then use those tags to filter what appears in each widget.

When you first sign up, you'll create your initial project during onboarding. You can add more projects from the dashboard at any time.
