The NPS-First flow shows customers a simple star rating before the full testimonial form. Based on their rating, they see a contextual prompt — encouraging detailed feedback for high raters, or asking what could improve for low raters. All customers see the full form and all submissions go to your pending queue for review. This approach can increase testimonial conversion rates by up to 40%.

Can I customize which fields appear on the form?

Yes! You can enable or disable any field (name, role, testimonial text, rating, avatar), mark them as required or optional, customize labels and placeholder text, and even add custom fields for additional information specific to your business.

Does the embedded form work with any website builder?

All embedded form submissions are protected by reCAPTCHA v3, which runs invisibly in the background. We also use honeypot fields to catch automated bots. No CAPTCHAs are shown to legitimate users.
